When do you open?
Very soon. We are finishing the tests so that everything works from day one. Write to info@worldivesdiscovery.com and we will let you know on the first day.
How much does it cost me as a diver?
Nothing. Creating your account, searching, seeing the sites in 3D and booking cost nothing: you only pay for the activity, at the final price set by the centre.
Do you charge commission on each booking?
No. Payments go straight to the account of the centre or the freelancer. The only fee is their payment provider's when a card is used, which belongs to their account, not to WORLDIVES.
How much do the Nitrox, Pro and FL Pro plans cost?
Launch prices will be announced at the opening. The Free plan is free.
What is Sedna?
It is WORLDIVES' artificial intelligence assistant. For divers, it helps find where to dive and which trips there are. For centres and freelancers, it tells them what they have today and what is still to sort out, and prepares the messages and fixes. It never charges, cancels or changes prices: you always decide.
What about accounts and invoices?
Every booking comes with its PDF voucher and the payment receipt. For your accountant you export the period's money movements in Excel or CSV: sales, payments, refunds and totals per service, always with the same columns. Your plan's invoices are in your panel. WORLDIVES does not calculate taxes: your accountant works with clear data.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, always and on any plan. You take your customers, bookings, services and payments in Excel or CSV whenever you want.
What about the app?
It is in development. The plans that include it will have it as soon as it is out. Meanwhile, the website works on phones and tablets, on the boat too.
Are the 3D models the real seabed?
They are recreations made from the information we gather about each site, thanks also to divers from all over the world, not a survey of the seabed. They help you get to know the site, but when you dive the centre's briefing always comes first.
Which languages is it in?
In 9: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch and Chinese. Centres can show their activities in each customer's language.
